Terms of Service
1. Parties
seek4translators, 26 Rue de la Federation, 75015 Paris, France (the Agency) and the client placing an order (the Client). These terms are governed by French law.
2. Services
We provide certified and specialist translation services in fashion, legal, financial, film, pharmaceutical and architectural domains. All services are delivered digitally.
3. Orders and payment
Orders are placed and paid through our website via Stripe secure checkout. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years of age. All prices are in euros and include applicable French VAT where required.
4. Delivery timelines
Atelier plan: 7 business days (up to 1,000 words). Galerie plan: 12 business days (up to 5,000 words). Opera plan: 20 business days (up to 20,000 words). Express 48h add-on: 48 hours for up to 2,000 words. Timelines begin after project confirmation.
5. Corrections
7 calendar days from delivery to request accuracy corrections at no cost. Corrections must relate to translation accuracy within the original scope.
6. Confidentiality
All content is treated as confidential. Signed NDAs are available on request. All specialist translators we work with sign confidentiality agreements before accessing client content.
7. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, all rights in the translated work transfer to the Client. The Agency retains no rights to publish or reference client content without explicit consent.
8. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant project. We are not liable for consequential or indirect losses except as required by French consumer law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
