Fashion & Luxury [FR]

Global brand campaign materials for a Paris-based luxury house, 9 language versions.

A major Paris luxury brand was launching a seasonal campaign across nine markets simultaneously. The campaign covered print advertising copy, digital assets, social captions, press releases, and retail point-of-sale materials. The challenge was transcreation, not translation: the French campaign voice had to land with the same register in German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Arabic, Russian, English and Portuguese. We coordinated nine specialist translators with native fluency in each target market and a background in luxury communications.

Film & Subtitling [FR]

Feature film subtitling package for Cannes selection, 12 language versions for festival distribution.

An independent production company whose film was selected for a major Cannes festival section needed subtitle files in twelve languages within a tight pre-screening window. The project required formatting to broadcast standard SRT and EBU-STL specifications, cultural adaptation for references that would not land in certain markets, and a timed-to-frame review against the master video file. Our film translation team handled the first ten languages in-house and coordinated three specialist external translators for Japanese, Korean and Arabic.

Clinical trial documentation package for EU regulatory submission across four member states.
Pharmaceutical & Clinical [CH]

Clinical trial documentation package for EU regulatory submission across four member states.

A Swiss pharmaceutical company was filing a Phase III clinical trial dossier with regulatory authorities in France, Germany, Spain and Italy. The submission package covered the clinical study report, informed consent forms, patient information sheets, investigator brochures, and protocol summaries. All documents required translation to the applicable national regulatory language standard and certification by a sworn translator in each jurisdiction. We coordinated four sworn translators and delivered the complete package within the regulatory deadline.
