Delivery Policy
1. Digital delivery
All translation work is delivered digitally by email to the address provided at checkout. No physical delivery. All services are delivered online.
2. Timelines
- Atelier: 7 business days from confirmation (up to 1,000 words)
- Galerie: 12 business days (up to 5,000 words)
- Opera: 20 business days (up to 20,000 words)
- Express 48h add-on: 48 hours for up to 2,000 words
Business days: Monday to Friday, excluding French national public holidays. Timelines begin the next business day after project confirmation.
3. Project confirmation
After payment you receive an automatic Stripe confirmation email. Within 1 business day a coordinator contacts you to confirm the start and delivery dates, the assigned translator, and any questions about the source content.
4. Delays
If a delay is anticipated, we notify you before the deadline with an explanation and a revised delivery date. If unacceptable, you may cancel for a full refund under our Refund Policy.
5. File formats
We deliver in the same format as the source unless otherwise specified. Supported: DOCX, PDF, HTML, XML, XLSX, PPTX, SRT, EBU-STL, IDML, JSON, XLIFF. Contact us for unusual formats before ordering.
6. Corrections
7 calendar days from delivery to request accuracy corrections at no charge. See Refund Policy for full details.
