Five steps in every project.
The same process regardless of type, volume, or complexity.
From source to delivery.
You send us the document along with the target language, the audience, the purpose, and any existing glossary or style guide. If you have formatting requirements or in-context screenshots, include them at this stage.
A project coordinator assigns the document to the translator with the right professional background. A legal document goes to a legal translator. A pharmaceutical study goes to someone with a science degree and regulatory translation experience.
The assigned translator works on the text. For domains with strict terminology standards like pharmaceutical or legal, we follow the applicable style conventions and terminology databases. The translator does not move on until they are satisfied with the output.
A second translator reviews the full output independently, checking for accuracy, fluency, register consistency, and format compliance. Any disagreements are resolved by the coordinator before delivery.
Files delivered by email in your specified format. You have 7 days to raise corrections related to accuracy at no additional cost. After delivery we remain available for questions at no charge.
